About us
Wheel Fun Rentals is located at the Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach Resort in Oxnard Shores, CA. It's the only Southern California all-suite beachfront resort, located by the beautiful Channel Islands Harbor. Enjoy viewing the Channel Islands Yacht Club which boasts over 400 yachts; and the Scarlett Belle, a paddlewheel river boat that offers charter cruises.
